And Now …

Important it is
to breathe in grace
each morning,
to feel living grace
as reality.

For into graceful flow entering,
I begin to hear resonance, given me
since the beginning; reminded
that such voice is closer to reality,
the truth of who I am, the pulse
between soul and spirit.

Blessed then, my eyes to see
more clearly in the oneness,
the story of which I am a small part;
a part nonetheless,
and often without even knowing so,
an important part to one …

The threads of reality, seen through
the clear lens of movement, weave
for the one seeing
a depiction of belonging.

In such flow is grace,
blessed connection from
what is, now.

Bright Unknowing

Superfluous opinion, you’re not.
Yet trigger pulled, sending brightly
such divisive thinking into the air.

An opinion, only narcissism serves.
Egocentricity, and shallowness lightly,
simply wasting the burst of a flare.

Devastating challenge it was,
when such I realized,
of opinions, I must let go.

Wonderfully freeing it was,
truthful wound cauterized,
of presence, I can now know.

Inauthentic only, an opinion can be,
outwardly lashing,
misrepresentation externally told.

Authenticity, non-dualistic and free,
inwardly flashing,
oneness internally we can hold.

Presence Within & Without

There is verse
for the journey
essential.

The journey itself
is verse spoken
in our very steps.

Rhythm it seems
is at once
inside of us
outside of us.
Within.
Without.

Life-giving to the journey
the notes
of this rhythm.

Life itself
is to play
the notes.
An arrangement
all our own
yet in harmony
with all playing.
Totality.
Oneness.

Each as we are
images
of the whole.

What might this mean
to you
who is asked to lead?

For one
it asks much.
Nothing it asks
not already present
within.
Simply it asks
it to live
without.

Hold & Release
Life & Living
Desire & Intent

The rhythm of journey
beautifully complete
completely beautiful
when played
inside and out.

A Life Must Be Lived

The world
is turning me
to face the sun.
This is the way of the day.
This is the way of a life.

In the turning
I observe
and feel.
In the facing
I participate
and feel.

This is life and living.
This is oneness.

On the porch
I sat
on the lake
watching a morning.

This oneness
completely I felt.
This reality
of being a part.

Yes, a small part
in a bigger picture
yet feeling large
because of the picture.

“I can do anything” large
this is not.
It’s just simple oneness.

Getting this realistically
simple
it becomes too
complex
to explain.

It can only be
felt.
It can only be
lived.
